Nina Paterson is holding down a job she enjoys and her schizophrenia is well controlled with medication. While workingone night her suspicions are aroused when she hears that millionaire businessman Michael Cooper has died of a brain tumour - yet his MRI scan result was clear. She becomes obsessed with getting to the truth, and despite the support of new love Jimmy, Nina starts suffering hallucinations and hearing voices. Worried that she's going mad, Nina suspects her former boss Dr Strand is behind Cooper's murder and her own deterioration. But can she convince anyone else?
